This project required a complete refurbishment, beginning with stripping the entire original building of any internal walls, essentially leaving just a shell consisting of the four external walls. Once the building work had been completed there was increased surgery space on the ground floor, with a bespoke reception area complete with protective screens and an intercom. An extension to the existing property included new DDA access doors complete with an intercom system. The original loft space was fully converted using commercial-grade trusses and refurbished to include brand-new office spaces, a new kitchen, new w/c and even new storage areas. 

Another requirement of this project was the installation of an air transfer system complete with supply and extract. We also installed AAA energy rating inverters and Panasonic AC units for air conditioning throughout the building. LST radiators were installed in all communal areas and these were finished with an antibacterial powder coating that is anti-scald and easy to clean. We also installed a fire alarm system throughout the building with a control panel situated in the reception area.
